Something you said

Something you said
You'd thought would be forgot
Something you did and thought
Was a speck in a tiny spot

But was it really so little
Or perhaps much more
Years gone by and you'd forgotten
Though it changed them to the core

When you think nobody heard
Nor cared what you had to say
It might just be what changed em most
Nothing to you yet still such sway

Your not alone
So many feel the same
Yet know the words you said
May be the reason they overcame

A look at servanthood

What is the bondservant's mindset?
To do thing after thing for the one in charge
Not thinking or expecting a thanks is what we'll get
Nor thinking the master is selfish when we get none

That's a part of it but here's more
to not become prideful when this is done
and finally giving glory to God all this for
because this is a bondservant's position

The key of responsibility

If you plant a potatoe
Will you harvest a tomatoe
Or maybe even perhaps a plum
No, we know that'd just be dumb

God also knows that's dumb
You plant a plum seed and get a plum
Don't be decieved God's not mocked
If you planted one thing and got another you'd be shocked

God says whatever a man sows that he shall also reap
This law is simple but one we repeatedly try to not keep
We sow  recklessly and irresponsibly
Hoping to reap the same benefits as the responsible people we see

Everything we do has a consequence be it good or bad
We can blame our choices on being mad, sad, or our dad
Saying we'd do better if only we had the same thing as so and so
But only if we start sowing responsibly will we really start to grow
